FORT MYERS (Jan. 28, 2025) – Stevens Construction, Inc. has expanded Fort Myers operations with the addition of project manager, Jeff Faluade, announced Daniel Adams, executive vice president and partner.
With 12 years of commercial construction experience, Faluade has managed more than $400M in healthcare, office, education, condominium and apartment projects throughout southwest Florida.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from the Moss Department of Construction Management at Florida International University.
As project manager, Faluade will oversee the management and execution of commercial and healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule and quality goals established during preconstruction.
