ORLANDO, Fla. (July 7, 2021) – Stevens Construction has completed the construction management services of Buena Vista Urgent Care, announced Michael Waskiewicz, Orlando division manager.
Stevens Construction provided a complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing 6,700-square-foot building which houses the primary and urgent care facility. Open 365 days a year, Buena Vista Urgent Care includes nine exam rooms, a minor procedure room, nurse station, and associated support services. A one-stop solution for patients, Buena Vista Urgent Care also has X-Ray, in-house pharmacy and a blood laboratory. Stevens Construction added interior elements such as linear ceilings, a soothing water feature, walnut paneling, textiles and decorative decals.
Stevens Construction also provided an exterior refresh which included a new roof, stucco finish, aluminum storefront, stone and Italian Rosewood siding.
