PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (Dec. 22, 2025) – Stevens Construction has started construction of Aroma Joe’s located at 16400 Franklin Ave., announced Dan Adams, executive vice president/partner, Stevens Construction, Inc.
Stevens Construction is building a 1,598-square-foot building that will house a coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating, order counter, prep area, restrooms and drive-through. Featuring handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, flavor infusions, signature AJ’s RUSH energy drinks and all-day food offerings, Aroma Joe’s is slated for completion in summer 2026.
Stevens Construction will begin its second Aroma Joe’s location in January at 18961 Del Tura Plaza Lane in North Fort Myers, with completion slated for summer 2026.
The Stevens Construction team includes Hunter Stevens, project manager; Ken Redman (Port Charlotte location) and Matt Adalpe (North Fort Myers location), superintendents and Krista Grandinetti, project administrator. PDS Architecture is the architect of record and Avalon Engineering is the civil engineer.
