Slated for completion in January of 2024, Elegance Plaza is designed to house up to nine tenants at 1,703 square feet per unit and reflect a modern yet friendly workplace for a variety of professionals and compliment the arrival of the upcoming medical facility surrounding the property. Larger unit sizes may be available as well. Tenants will enjoy highly landscaped surroundings and a large parking lot.
