SARASOTA, Fla. (May 6, 2021) – Stevens Construction has been awarded the construction management contract for a new 65,000 square-foot showroom by luxury home furnishings retailer, Clive Daniel Home, announced Shaun St. Dennis, division manager.
Located at 3055 Fruitville Commons Blvd., situated in a mixed-use development at I-75 and Fruitville Road, the showroom will be a two-story facility that will serve as a central destination for residential interior design. Stevens Construction will break ground on the project in late May and construction is slated for completion in late 2021.
Stevens Construction has been working in preconstruction with Clive Daniel Home and MHK Architecture and Planning for six months to ensure the project could achieve their schedule and budget goals before construction began, providing cost and time savings suggestions.
