Zavada Dental

The Stevens Construction special projects team completed a 3,198-square-foot interior renovation of an existing space into the new Naples location of Zavada Dental.  Completed in two phases allowing them to remain operational during the ten-month construction duration, Zavada Dental includes a beautiful lobby area, exam rooms, procedure/surgery room, laboratory, sterilization, IT, check-out and offices.  The Stevens Construction team also remodeled the entry area as well which included the removal of wallpaper, painting, new tile and carpet.  Zavada Dental is situated on the second floor of an occupied office, as such, the Stevens Construction team also refinished the existing staircase, installed new trim and light fixtures.

Stevens Construction assisted with interior selections while ensuring the budget and schedule were always considered, sharing different options of finishes including the price and long-term benefits of each option.  The result is a modern office with barnyard doors, unique light fixtures and vibrant colors allowing Dr. Zavada to better serve his Naples clientele.
