Stevens Construction has completed construction of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association headquarters located at 5265 Summerlin Commons Blvd.

Designed to elevate the member experience, the new 23,384-square-foot, two-story headquarters provides flexible spaces for professional development, networking and industry events while supporting the evolving needs of Southwest Florida’s real estate community.

The first floor features a welcoming lobby, a divisible multi-purpose room for meetings and events, seven offices, storage, a mother’s room, catering kitchen and covered outdoor patio. The second floor includes 24 offices, multiple training and conference rooms, a breakroom and dedicated marketing department space, creating a collaborative environment for members and staff.

Stevens Construction provided nearly two years of preconstruction services, assisting RPCRA with design team selection, budgeting and scheduling while identifying more than $1 million in cost-saving solutions throughout the design process.

The Stevens Construction team includes Director of Preconstruction Nick Burkel, Senior Estimator Mike Isabella, Project Manager Jeff Faluade, Superintendent Rich McDonald and Project Administrator Morgan Thie. Studio A.D. served as the architect of record.
