Stevens Construction has started construction of a new 60,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building and ambulatory surgery center for Lee Health located at 9450 HealthPark Circle. Located on the campus of Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida and HealthPark Medical Center, the project expands access to pediatric-focused care within one of the region’s primary healthcare hubs.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Landmark Healthcare Facilities, LLC, a national developer specializing in outpatient healthcare environments. Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
