Jacaranda Dining Room Renovation

Stevens Construction completed a 10,100-square-foot renovation within Jacaranda Trace, an active retirement community, revitalizing the existing dining room, grand parlor, bar, and central staircase into warm, modern, and inviting spaces for residents and their families.

Because the renovation occurred in an occupied community, resident protection and comfort were the highest priorities. The team implemented strict containment measures to eliminate dust, debris, and noise from daily living areas, ensuring a safe environment throughout construction. All phases of the project were carefully scheduled and coordinated with community leadership to minimize disruption to dining services, resident programs, and overall operations.
