Frantz EyeCare & Suncoast Surgery Center

Frantz EyeCare, a 21,400 SF medical office building features a 9,280 SF build-out on the first floor to house Frantz EyeCare’s premier Naples location.  The office includes 21 exam rooms, a state-of-the-art testing area, procedure room, six offices, an optical retail area and beautifully appointed patient lounge areas.

Situated on the second floor is Suncoast Surgery Center, which provides convenience for Frantz EyeCare patients needing outpatient surgery.  With two operating rooms, procedure room, recovery and lobby,  the AHCA-licensed surgery center was completed in spring of 2021.

Stevens Construction also built the shell building where Frantz EyeCare is housed, a Class A building situated within Eagle View Professional Park.
