Frantz EyeCare

Stevens Construction has completed the 60,000-square-foot, two-story Frantz EyeCare and Frantz Cosmetic Center located at 9617 Gulf Research Lane in Ft. Myers.

Designed to promote staff efficiency and overall patient experience, Frantz EyeCare offers 44 exam lanes, diagnostic center, retail, LASIK suite and a cosmetic treatment center.  The second floor houses Frantz EyeCare’s corporate offices, employee training, a conference room and space available for lease.

Frantz EyeCare will also provide the future home to Suncoast Surgery Center, an AHCA-licensed surgery center with four operating rooms and four laser suites slated to open in June.

The Stevens Construction team worked in preconstruction for ten months prior to construction starting providing due diligence on the project site, budgeting, constructability reviews and cost-savings suggestions to ensure Frantz EyeCare’s budget, schedule and quality goals were achieved.
