Project Description
Stevens Construction is the general contractor for a 27,773-square-foot, 3-story addition for Korunda Pain Management Center in Naples.
Located at 4513 Executive Drive, the first floor of the addition includes medical offices, exam rooms and a new state-of-the-art MRI. The second floor is a completely built-out medical office space available for full-time or part-time (time-share) lease starting in March 2021. The third floor is an AHCA-licensed Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) with two operating rooms and two procedure rooms, pre-operating and recovery for outpatient services. The was expanded to accommodate the increased square footage for staff and patients along with all required site amenities, including a covered porte cochere, atrium cafe and an emergency generator for the surgery center.
Stevens Construction completed the project while the adjacent existing medical office remained occupied.
