Elite Metals

Stevens Construction’s Central Florida team recently started a 26,349-square-foot expansion of Elite Metals, which will double the company’s existing operations.

Scheduled for completion in April 2027, the project includes an addition constructed with concrete tilt-up wall panels, structural steel framing and a complete building envelope system. Work is being completed while the existing office remains operational.

Upon completion, the facility will total 45,806 square feet and feature administrative office space, manufacturing and production areas, warehouse and storage space, employee support areas and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to support daily industrial operations.

Site work includes grading, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, truck loading and delivery areas, parking and landscaping, creating a fully operational manufacturing campus.
