Baldwin Group

Stevens Construction’s special projects team recently completed a 4,829-square-foot second-floor interior buildout for The Baldwin Group, an insurance agency, located at 12453 S. Cleveland Ave Suite #200 in Fort Myers. The project was delivered in approximately 15 weeks, transforming a long-vacant office space into a polished, fully functional workspace.

The completed space features a welcoming reception and waiting area, two conference rooms, a kitchen, and offices designed to support the daily operations of a growing insurance practice.

One of the most notable aspects of this project was the careful coordination required throughout construction. With an active eye surgery center operating on the first floor, our team maintained a clean, safe, and considerate job site from start to finish, ensuring zero disruption to patients and staff below.
