Breckenridge Golf & Tennis Club

Our Special Projects team has completed the interior renovation of the Breckenridge Golf & Tennis Club clubhouse, located at 20091 Wimbleton Court in Estero.

After demolishing the existing finishes, we gave the 4,871 SF clubhouse a complete interior refresh, including new doors, windows, flooring, light fixtures, and fresh paint. We’ve also upgraded the bathrooms to meet ADA standards.

To minimize disruption for members, we collaborated with Breckenridge to determine the optimal timing for the project.
