FORT MYERS (Oct. 27, 2023) – Stevens Construction, Inc. has expanded the Fort Myers team with the addition of estimating engineer, Evan Lopes, announced Daniel F. Adams Jr., executive vice president/partner.
Bringing more than seven years of experience, Lopes most recently served as an estimator and designer for a local marine construction firm. Lopes also brings experience in operations, sales and customer service.
As estimating engineer, Lopes is responsible for supporting the preconstruction team in cost estimate preparation which includes cost analysis and project scope development. Lopes also maintains historical cost data which assists in potential project price estimates.
Lopes earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in business management and entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University where he was a founding member of the University’s chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity.
