Design Build

With the Design/Build delivery method, Stevens Construction provides a single - source for the design and construction of your building. We select a design team best suited for a project's specific needs and "design and build" your project. Our comprehensive services during the preconstruction and construction phases assure the project's timely, on-budget completion. General Contracting
