Project Description: Stevens Construction is converting a former bank building to a 9,100 SF luxury medical office with spa and wellness areas. Located on US 41 in Fort Myers, the two-story facility will have four exam rooms, seven spa rooms, procedure room, administrative offices and a central atrium with a skylight.
Project Description: Stevens Construction will be building a 12,000 SF, single-stroy facility which will include nine classrooms, multi-purpose room with a stage and seating for 350 people, kitchen, offices and lobby. The project is located at 3205 Chiquita Blvd. in Cape Coral.
