Project Description: The Premier Surgery Center of Sarasota entailed a renovation of 20 rooms within the existing facility, located at 983 Beneva Road. Modifications included the reconstruction of restroom facilities to meet current ADA standards and numerous restorative enhancements. Stevens Construction also added two stage-two recovery rooms to the surgery center, which remained operational while construction occured.

Naples Eye Surgery Center : Construction at the Naples Eye Surgery Center included interior improvements such as drywall, painting, HVAC, electrical and the replacement of the storefront system.
Florida Hospital Pharmacy Relocation : The project consists of converting the existing medical records area into a 3,000 square feet full service Pharmacy. This area contains a pharmacist's office, educational/training library, records control room, IV and chemical mix room, and equipment/supply storage areas. The relocation was completed while the facility remained in operation.
Florida Hospital Chiller Expansion : Project consisted of the addition of a new 400 Ton Chiller and expansion to the existing energy plant.
Charlotte Diabetes & Endocrinology Center : Project consisted of the post hurricane reconstruction of an existing 3,200 square feet medical practice. Hurricane Charley left this facility with half of the roof gone and the complete interior water and wind damaged. The roof was replaced and the complete interior of the building taken down to the interior frame walls, concrete block exterior walls and concrete slab. The facility was reconstructed to its original condition.
Promenade Surgery Center : Project consisted of the build-out of 2,800 square feet of medical office space on the second floor of an existing medical office/surgery center.
Florida Hospital Holding Bed Expansion : Project consisted of the renovation of approximately 3,000 square feet of the existing fast track holding area. The completed project has seven treatment beds and associated services. This project was licensed and inspected by AHCA.
Florida Urology CT Scanner Installation : Project consisted of the renovation of existing space to add a CT scanner.
Schlossberg Build Out: 2,500 sq ft build out of a new medical office space.
