Project Description: Eye Specialists Cornea and Laser Center included the addition of 4,600 square feet, to total a 10,580 square feet ambulatory surgery center at completion. The center includes two operating rooms, recovery rooms, step-down recovery rooms, consultation areas, a patient lounge area and administrative offices.

This project earned Best Renovation project at the 2011 Aurora Awards. The Auroras honor the best in commercial/residential construction in a 12-state region.

Project Description: The 40,351 square-foot project entails a build-out of a 13,137 square feet Ambulatory Surgical Center within the Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Office Building in Sebring, Florida. The new ambulatory surgery center includes four operating rooms, six pre-op beds, eight step down recovery beds, ten recovery beds, two procedure rooms, and staff support areas. The remainder of the first floor and the entire second floor are medical offices.

Project Description: The Premier Surgery Center of Sarasota entailed a renovation of 20 rooms within the existing facility, located at 983 Beneva Road. Modifications included the reconstruction of restroom facilities to meet current ADA standards and numerous restorative enhancements. Stevens Construction also added two stage-two recovery rooms to the surgery center, which remained operational while construction occured.
