Located at 4200 Sun N' Lake Blvd., the multi-phased project involves the renovation of 32 exam rooms, including two trauma areas, isolation exam rooms and three nurse's stations. Project Description: This project consists of over 24,000 square feet of renovations and additions to the existing four story King's Crown ALF located at Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers, Florida. Project Description: This project consisted of the expansion and renovation of three midrise residence entries and is located on the island portion of the Shell Point Retirement Community in Fort Myers, Florida. The project included converting the existing entry decks into useable outdoor living space for residents by constructing modern sun shade trellises and other attractive hardscape elements. These added hardscape elements blend in with and are part of an overall revitalization of the grand court yard which the three midrise residence buildings share.
