Penukonda Medical Office

Project Description: Located in Cape Coral, Stevens Construction completed a 5,593 SF medical office for Drs. Penukonda and Penukonda. The facility features eight exam rooms, an X-ray room, nurse's station, reception area, employee lounge and seven offices.

Collins Vision Center

Project Description: Located near the Minnesota Twins Stadium in Fort Myers, Collins Vision included construction of a 10,440 square-foot medical office building complete with eight exam rooms, a procedure room, two orbital scan rooms, retail area, lobby, reception area, staff lounge and administrative offices.

Collins Vision earned a GRAND Aurora Award for Best Healthcare Project at the 2011 Aurora Awards. Grand Aurora Awards recognize the best in healthcare construction in all price divisions within a 12-state region.

Barnes Family Chiropractic

Project Description: This project consisted of the construction of a 7,310 square-foot medical office building in Cape Coral, Fl. Barnes Chiropractic has eight exam rooms, massage room, hydrotherapy room and an X-ray room.

Barnes Family Chiropractic earned Best Healthcare Project at the 2009 Summit Awards Ceremony.

Florida Hospital Medical Office Building & ASC

Project Description: The 40,351 square-foot project entails a build-out of a 13,137 square feet Ambulatory Surgical Center within the Florida Hospital Heartland Medical Office Building in Sebring, Florida. The new ambulatory surgery center includes four operating rooms, six pre-op beds, eight step down recovery beds, ten recovery beds, two procedure rooms, and staff support areas. The remainder of the first floor and the entire second floor are medical offices.

This project was inspected and licensed by AHCA. This project is the sixth project that Stevens has completed on the hospital campus.

The Florida Hospital MOB/ASC won a 2009 Summit Award for Best Healthcare Project.

Retina Health Center of Fort Myers

Project Description: The Retina Health Center consisted of the construction of a new two story 22,000 square feet building located in Fort Myers. The building serves as a Macular Degeneration Research Center medical practice.

Stevens Construction also built the Retina Health Center in Naples.

Stevens Construction was awarded the BIA Summit Award for this project.

Gear Medical Office Building

Project Description: This award-winning project consisted of the construction of a new 5,451 square feet building located on Barkley Circle in Fort Myers. 2,852 square feet of the project houses the office of Dr. Robert Gear Jr. along with 2,151 square feet of unfinished "shell" lease space.

Stevens Construction was awarded the BIA Summit Award for this project.

Pediatric Orthopedics

Project Description: This project consisted of the construction of a new Pediatric Orthopedic Center located on the campus of the HealthPark hospital in Fort Myers. 6,700 square feet of the 10,000 square feet facility houses the medical offices of Pediatric Orthopedics.
