The Project Executive is the catalyst for preparing the team for the new project. This role is critical in ensuring the clear and functional responsibilities of all team members. The Project Executive also shares with the team strategic information, i.e., schedule, cost, budgets, administrative information regarding contract, design team, owner personal goals, and what is expected from the project team. The Project Executive provides the technical support in monitoring and assessing all issues of the project. Meeting with the Project Manager and Superintendent on a weekly basis to lend and assist for quick response to negative trends or recognize and motivate positive trends throughout the project. Facilitate and expedite the decision process regarding the owner, design team, and contractors in effecting a successful conclusion to the project.
